Your first visit
Come ready to describe the problem. A GP referral is not required.
Prepare / bring
Bring any GP letter, scans, or imaging reports you already have, plus a short note of medicines and health conditions that matter for assessment.
Visit length
Initial visit: 60 minutes. Subsequent or review visits: 45 minutes.
What happens
- You describe the problem and the history that matters.
- Assessment happens in the visit: how you move and where the problem sits, then what hands-on care (if any) is appropriate.
- Hands-on care proceeds with consent. You leave with a short plan, which may include home exercises.
Clothes
Wear clothes you can move in. Shorts and a T-shirt are usually enough. You can decline any part of care you are not comfortable with.
Fees / health
Confirm the fee when you book or call 0435 645 190. There is no HICAPS. You pay the full fee on the day and claim from private health extras with your receipt. Dollar amounts are not published on the fees page.
